ABOUT SYDNEY AQUANATAL™

How long have you been operating?

I started Sydney Aquanatal™ in January 2009 to give pregnant women the opportunity to experience Aquanatal™ in Australia.  I’ve been teaching Aquanatal™ classes for many years before starting my own business. During my midwifery degree, I trained as an Aquanatal™ instructor and conducted a research study into the experiences of women participating in Aquanatal™ exercise. I then worked for 4 years as an Aquanatal™ midwife in London. I have also completed a Certificate III in Fitness and Aquafit Instructor training in Sydney.
