Aquanatal™ pregnancy exercise classes
Joining-in is simple: Get the OK from your doctor and then book-in for your first class. Don't forget to bring your medical clearance and registration form with you when you come.
Why do I need medical clearance? You will need medical clearance from your doctor, midwife or obstetrician to confirm that it is safe for you and your baby to exercise during and after your pregnancy. Please download the appropriate medical clearance form and ask the healthcare professional looking after you to complete it.
Ante-natal Medical Form (for exercise between 14 weeks and your due date)
Post-natal Medical Form (for exercise after your 6-week post-natal check-up)

Where do I get a Registration Form? You can also get this from our download area. Please complete and sign the Registration Form and bring it to your first class.
