Welcome to Sydney Aquanatal!

If you're pregnant or have just had a baby and are wondering how to keep fit and exercise safely, you've come to the right place.

I'm a midwife and a fitness professional. I've set-up Sydney Aquanatal, because keeping fit and active during and after pregnancy is important for mother and baby. Aquanatal exercise benefits your body as well as your mind.

Class Times:

  • Monday  7:00 - 8:00 pm - Hurstville (resumes 9. August)
  • Tuesday 12:15 - 1:15 pm - Alexandria (starting Sep. 21)
  • Thursday 6:00 - 7:00 pm - Caringbah
  • Friday 6:45 - 7:45 pm - Alexandria
  • Saturday 3:00 - 4:00 pm - Alexandria (starting July 31.)

Aquanatal is a fun, safe, water-based form of exercise specifically designed for pregnancy and postnatal recovery. You can start Aquanatal from 14 weeks of pregnancy and again 6 weeks after the birth of your baby.

Sydney Aquanatal classes are available in Alexandria, the St.George area and the Sutherland Shire.
